The summons to repentance is not directed toward the youth alone. Scripture presents repentance as a universal mandate, extending to every generation without exception. In this moment of accelerating moral and spiritual decline, God issues a particular call to the elderly, such as parents, grandparents, elders, and all who have lived long upon the earth, to seek Him while the opportunity remains.

From a developmental standpoint, adolescence concludes in early adulthood, yet Scripture presents a broader theological understanding of human destiny. Earthly youth is temporary, but the promise of eternal life transcends biological aging. God’s transformation of the mortal body into a spiritual, imperishable form signifies a future existence free from decay and limitation.
